This 47-year-old had had a breast augmentation by another surgeon several years earlier. She was unhappy with the wide space between the implants and also wanted to increase her breast size further. I repositioned her widely spaced implant pockets, released some of her lower pec muscle to round the bottom of the breasts, and increased her implant size to meet her goals.
