This 48-year-old had an Endotine midface lift, an endoscopic browlift, and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Notice the attractive fullness in her upper cheek. This was created through the midface lift technique I use. She has had no cheek or other facial implants.

Your plastic surgeon lays out a bunch of breast implants on the table in front of you. He asks you which size you like. You point to your favorite. That’s the implant he uses. Do you get the result you were hoping for? Not very likely.
I am stunned and amazed that anyone actually does this. Yet I see it on plastic surgery TV shows. And I’ve heard of it being done here in Dallas. It does not work.

I’m extremely pleased with the results and how everything turned out. Dr. Schwartz is such an amazing surgeon. His eye for detail and artistic ability is truly a work of art on the human body. The image he gave me is one that I could never have sculpted in the gym. I finally feel like a woman. And for that I am tremendously grateful for.
